Maybe not...: If a woman knows she had a normal puberty, developed breasts, got regular periods, etc., then she would not have had hypogonadism at that time, and would have expected herself to be fertile like her friends and classmates. If she never got her pubertal changes (would have seen a doctor for it during high school), she would have already been diagnosed. An endocrinologist can explain it further.
