Allergy: Tou are probably allergic to some of the spices and other ingedients they use. Get a food allergy igg type test to find out what you are allergic to.

Not sure: No explanation for that. Your stomach has no clue to the ethnicity of ingested food. Not sure what you are eating, but there are few ingredients in their diet that is not in ours. Maybe a log book of specific items eaten could help?
