Infection: With fever, chills and headache, your symptoms likely represent some kind of infection. If your runny nose is mostly clear, it is probably a viral infection. I'd recommend increasing fluids, taking some anti-oxidants and vitamins. Chicken soup still works great and has some clinical research to back its use.
