Pop ears: The underlying problem is the Eustachian tube, which connects the nose with the ear. You can try using Afrin nasal spray and try to clear your ears by pinching your nose and blowing. Can also try nasal steroid like Flonase or Nasacort (triamcinolone). If you can't pop the ears, you might need to have a procedure to evacuate the fluid. You'll need to see an ENT specialist for that. Best wishes
