Can a 6 month old baby should start practice walking? is safe already?

Too early: Most babies start attempting to walk around 9 -12 months of age. Six months appear too early. if you are trying to use a walker to encourage the infant to walk - do not do so: as most pediatricians discourage walkers. Some babies reflexly make attempts to walk when they are held upright on the ground or a table, and is not a good reason to encourage them to walk.

No: Sit up first unsupported, then crawl later, standup first with support then , unsupported then walk with help then alone, we are talking at least 6 months from today, age one at least, enjoy your baby

?practice?: A 6mo is expected to sit briefly if propped up, but not do so well until 7-8 mo.Walking comes after they can pull to stand and usually not before 9 months, and some as late as 15 mo.While you will not create "bow legs" by standing a baby up at this age, it does not help them develop faster. Walkers are dangerous, and about half of babies who use them have a head injury at some point after scooting
