Dry - Globus feeling: Hello, the sensation that you may be feeling could be coming from a condition called globus pharyngitis or possibly from dryness. This is usually caused by a reflux of juices from your stomach up through your esophagus into the area around your vocal cords. Possibly dehydration could be responsible too. Drink more water and if this irritation occurs over a long time, see your ENT doctor
