You need to see: a clinician/ healthcare professional to diagnose and treat. If you smoke cigarettes, please stop or at least use E-cigs to avoid further breathing problems. You may have chronic bronchitis which is usually result of untreated asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or bronchiectasis from chronic infections, or other pulmonary diseases.
