Yes: Antihistamines help stop itch and sneezing only. Sinus pressure pain is caused by swelling and tissue inflammation. Saline nasal sprays can help and are safe especially the hypertonic types. Nasal corticosteroid can be helpful in addition. Sometimes antibiotics are needed
