sinuses: Your problem is your nose is congested and you need a naaal spray. I suggest you seek the opinion of an allerigst to determine your triggers and discuss long term solutions to your problems.

Sinus rinses: Saline sinus rinses in addition to the antihistamines may help. In addition a nasal steroid or antihistamine may provide additional relief but I suggest you see someone to be evaluated as the swelling of your tongue is not typical for just allergies.
