Go see your doc: You may have a phebitis from the IV that they took out and may need oral antibiotics. The doc needs to exam you.

Iv fluid in tissues: Your IV material may have gone into the tissues thus giving you your arm pain. Use warm compresses 4 times daily for 20-30 minutes.
