Not sure: This child needs attention now. Take the child to pediatrician or family doc tomorrow. If not available go to minute clinic. This child needs to be seen to referred to derm as soon as possible. Might consider that the child might be allergic to the disposable diapers. Would consider putting the child in cloth diapers for now. Best wishes.
