Cortisone cream: Try hydrocortisone cream but if not helpful after a couple of days. consult a doctor. If condom has been used, considered latex allergy but allergy to semen is also another possibility.

Need eval to know dx: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
