Diarrhea: Could be due to something you ate, viral gastroenteritis, food intolerances, H pylori, or gallbladder. Viral lasts 24-48 hours ,food poisoinng starts about 6 hours after eating , food intolerances would be noted about 1-2 hours after milk, or gluten or some food, gastritis/ H pylori does have pain and diarrhea. Try a probioitic, ranitidine/prevecid ( OTC) f/u doc over next 24-48 hours
