Ovarian Pain: With a negative hpt, it is unlikely the spotting was implantation bleeding. You might have poly cystic ovarian disease (pcos) or some other underlying condition that has contributed to the infertility. Either way, i would contact your gynecologist and bring him up to date on your history. He may well want you to come in for an evaluation.
