I fell asleep with my ace bandage on and woke up an hour later to my lower leg numb. i freaked out and tore the ace bandage off my knee but still feel like my circulation hasn't been the best today. should i be concerned?

It will impove: I suspect you had compression neuropathy to the nerve and it lost some nerve nutrition from lack of blood supple. If it does not improve see your physician
