Hydration: good hydration, and exercise. drink yogurt shake, plain yogurt plus equal volume ice or cold water, teaspoon of salt and some fresh garlic, blend well in a blender, and drink. drink a lot of sport drink like Gatorade if available. good hydration is the key.
