Period or 3 months..: There is some debate about this. You need to wait at least until after your first normal period. Some studies have shown that getting pregnant again prior to 3 months will slightly increase your risk of another miscarriage. If you want to avoid this increase in risk, you should wait 3 months. After first menses.: Although you certainly can try before your next bleed, it is recommended that you wait till you get your first normal menses after the procedure before you try. This way, you know the first day of your last menses and know that the lining has normalized.
