A member asked:

When you have a mild seasonal sinus infection can it make your mucus acidic? its turning fall and i'm getting some normal seasonal post nasal drip.. but it seems to taste acidic, at least more acid than normal. is this something to worry about?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Allergic rhinitis : Sounds like this is more of an inflammation ( Allergic rhinitis) rather than infection. I suggest you try intranasal cortisone spray such as fluticasone for your symptoms.
