Sounds worrisome: If you're saying that each time you drink 1 alcoholic beverage you feel dizzy and lightheaded with an upset stomach for a day, that's a bit concerning. A normal healthy liver and digesto-metabolic system should be able to detoxify one drink. It's hard to make a diagnosis with limited info. If I have described the situation correctly, it would be worthwhile to get checked out.
