Possibly stress: If the specialists you saw feel this is not primary lung or heart consider slowing your speaking down particularly if it is a stressful conversation. If you have not had full lung function testing where they look at all the function of the lung you should. You should also do a cardiac stress ECHO not just the ECHO. Hypertension a cause not always apparent at time at MD office. Maybe seek 2nd opini

Mgt: If the weight loss was not intentional, this may be of concern. I would suggest an imaging study of your chest and a CBC, diff, plts and CMP blood test. Did you have a pulmonary test with Albuterol? A virtual appointment may be useful in reviewing this testing and your symptoms. Your studies may be uploaded to the EMR.
