PCOS diet: As a lumper, not a splitter, I'm not convinced that you need to eat a specific diet for polycystic ovarian syndrome. DASH & Mediterranean plus vegetarian diets have most proof. Instead of searching for diet labels & names, choose to eat a wide variety of healthy & real foods. If possible, try to avoid items that come boxed. In other words, lean towards more veggies, whether canned, frozen or fresh

Healthy diet: Low high glycemic index diet, lean meat, fish, more vegetables and at least 4 daily small meals and exercise. Avoid fried foods, sugary beverages and preserved foods as much as possible
