Yes: 1. Donut shaped soft cushen on chair and while driving. 2. Naprosyn (naproxen) 500 mg twice a day. 3. Triger point injection, containing 60 mg Depo Medrol and 1.5 ml marcain 0.5% to be injected in most tender spot.
