Condom broke 1 day after period ended (3/14). took plan b the next morning. 4 days later i had bleeding similar to my period for 3 days. im 13 days late and have taken 4 tests all negative. is a false negative possible if i was to be 6 wks pregnant?

Condoms: 26 yo sexually active female with broken condom. She did take plan B and is 13days past her onset of her menses and four pregnancy test so far are negative. Please note that plan B has 89 percent effectiveness when used within 24 hours. Kindly note that there is 11% failure rate. Thus, you need to see your doctor for Q HCG. Good luck.
