Trial of antihistami: This is likely dermatographism when your skin sort of reacts against itself by releasing its own mast cells. If this is a daily occurrence you may want to try using anti histamines such as Allegra (fexofenadine) or Zyrtec. If this does not work you may want to see your doctor for allergy testing.

Sounds like your: skin is hypersensitive.This could be related to underlying allergy issues.Work with a Dermatologist for a diagnosis and treatment.
