Rcnly had 2 abdom ct scans w/oral cont, one showed a den mass (no cyst on left kid and a stone in rig. sec test showed cyst on left kid & 0 on rig. ??

I'm not: sure I completely understand the question, but kidney cysts are generally benign incidental findings requiring no treatment, so it is possible that if it was a small cyst the radiologist reading the first scan simply chose not to mention it. Regarding the stone on the right, it may have passed. Tough to say without actually seeing the images.
