Specializes in Pediatrics - Developmental and Behavioral

Your pediatrician : Has probably referred her to the appropriate specialists: child neurologist, geneticist, developmental/behavioral pediatrician & to your state's early intervention program under part c of federal law idea for developmental assessment & therapy. Joint laxity & low tone are seen in a variety of genetic syndromes & other medical conditions, not all of which are associated with cognitive delays.
