Stress: Stress and fatigue could lead to hyperventilation that will lead to that if happen again first make sure you are drinking plenty of water and you are not loaded up with caffeine and energy drinks to stay up late to study . Second make sure you are not taking pills that will keep you to concentrate and help you study . Third have a paper bag next to you and breath into it , a paper bag not plastic.
