A serious disorder: Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder can be very debilitating. This is mainly a female disorder although there is some evidence it may affect men also. Some women can experience 100 spontaneous orgasms a day without any desire. Don't rush into surgery as it only helps certain patients. PGAD: I understand that this is embarrassing but it is really important to advise your doctor of this or any other conditions you have that involve your genitalia - before you have surgery. Recommend that you make your health the priority - which means getting up the courage to talk about this candidly to your medical team. Take care.
