Hello i have been experiencing pain mostly when pressed on in a small location on my chin above the chin bone, appears to be a small bump??????

Minor infection>: It is likely a small Submandibular lymph node. The submandibular nodes drain from the lower lip, floor of the mouth and the tip of the lounge. Any minor infection recently could cause a temporary swelling and tenderness of these lymph nodes.
