Hi i have a bone like bump on my left and right side on top of my head. the right one is bigger and keeps getting bigger. what could it be?

Pilar cyst: These are most likely scalp cysts. Especially if they are mobile and not attached to the underlying skull. They can be removed usually as a local procedure in the office.
