Here R a few thought: You seem to have Urethritis which is inflammation/infection of the Urethra(channel through which your urine gets out). Recent sexual activity is a common cause . Drink more fluids so that your urine will be diluted and not hurt. If you have frequent urination especially walking up at night, it may be infection of the bladder/urethra. Antibiotics may help, visit your family doctor to get help.
