Sounds nutty: With a REAL vacuum? Overall your skin and lips are very resilient. You could use ice liberally on such an injury. Stick to humans for suckling face from now on! Stay healthy. You're beautiful just as you are!

Very little: This has become an odd fad recently, with many YouTube videos showing people doing this. Excessive swelling and bruising have been reported and cosmetically people look fairly disastrous for a few days but that's it. The only real risk is looking funny for a week or so; it would be unlikely to cause real damage.
