Maybe.: Baldness is usually passed through the maternal side. First, get checked to be sure that there is no other cause for hair loss. Also, eating a diet high in animal products with hormones added to feed has been shown to cause premature aging and male-pattern hair loss and early puberty in both sexes. See a doc, less meat (and if you do eat meat: none with added hormones or antibiotics, please).
