Get checked.: If this started happening out of the blue, and you did not strain or overexert (leading to sore muscles in the chest wall), get checked. It could be a virus, pneumonia, or a collapsed lung or a clot: things that can be minor or major! Let a doc sort this out today. Call your doc and if you don't have one, go to an ER (and Urgent Care may help, but may have to send you to an ER.
