Extremely small dose: That is an extremely small dose. Your doctor would not give it to you if he/she did not think it is safe. The real question is whether it will be effective at such a low dose. I have many patients with HRs in the low 40s and upper 30s safely on beta blockers. Give it a try for several days. You might just find that you feel better!
