A member asked:

Can you take nadolol for heart palpitations on an as needed basis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Naldol is a beta blocker and can be used to suppress palpitations but probably needs to be used on a daily regimen to work. If you use on as needed basis you will have palpitations while you are waiting for it to work
