HR of 57-60 concern?: At your and if your are in good physical condition that is a perfectly normal heart rate. Fit people generally run a lower heart rate than unfit people. But generally heart rates between 55-100 are considered normal. Certain medications may also cause slower heart rates

Normal heart rate: Heart rate decreases in the evening and decreases further during sleep. For a healthy young man, that heart rate is perfectly normal.
