Please don't do that: "Bathroom surgery" can be dangerous. Do not try to remove blackheads with scissors. Allow these lesions to heal if they don't look infected. If you develop a significant infection thanmedical eval would be warranted. Regarding the pimple- like lesion - don't know if it is near the eye lash line or by the cheek. Can start with warm compresses.
