I have a growth on my righter outer pole of kidney measuring 4mm even with a catscan radiologist can't determine what it is what should i do ?

Try not to worry: What you describe may literally be nothing! If you can get a good urologist and seek their opinion. Generally this finding would not be cancer, but the usual way to tell is follow it and see if it grows (with a CT scan every few months). Surgery to investigate is not out of the question, but not suggested by anything you have mentioned here. Hope this is nothing and you stay healthy!

Other: studies like ultrasound or MRI may help determine the nature of the 4mm mass.
