Avoid long term use: None of these medications are intended for long term. Discuss your specific case w/ the Dr and seek psychotherapy to learn skills that will let you reduce and then stop the drug use. It may not have physical risks, but will lose effectiveness and you'll be as unable to live well as ever. Learn! Be well!
