Normal sweating: Everyone has different tolerances to cold and heat, including toddlers. Toddlers often have a higher body fat ratio in the middle of their body which is insulating. Concerning sweating would be associated with weight loss or sweating during feeding/eating. If your daughter has either of these symptoms, she should see her pediatrician. Otherwise, just dress her in lighter clothing.
