I've had a headache for the past 2 days. it started of as a small headache yesterday morning, but by 5pm, it got the worse and i threw up plus my body was cold. i felt better today but i've had a mild headache all day. should i go to the er for this?

Depends: If your headache does not go away with tylenol (acetaminophen) (no ibuprofen if you have nausea,vomiting, abdominal pain, or don't eat with it), consider going to an UC or seeing your doc. If the headache is severe and you have never had one like it before, go to the ER by all means, or if you have numbness, tingling, weakness, or other abnormal symptoms. it may just be a virus and tylenol (acetaminophen) will help.
