On the safe side...: ...10 days for urine and blood tests. Staying well-hydrated, exercising & avoiding drinking alcohol may decrease detection time. To be really safe, however, take this opportunity to QUIT SMOKING altogether. You've already shown that you can do so for a week, so why not for the rest of your long healthy life????
