3-4 days: at most. Nicotine is a short-acting drug, and is metabolized into cotinine, which can be detected in blood for 1-2 days, in urine 3-4 days at most. More important than passing the "smoking" drug test is QUITTING TOBACCO. I encourage you to strongly consider getting into a formal tobacco cessation program.
