What's the cause for my estradiol level to be 1374. i have irregular periods since 2013. my last period was this year 5/15. i'm on tamoxifen. 55/f ?

Evaluation: So tamoxifen can affect your hormones but that number is very high. and in general you should not have bleeding like that at age 55. tomoxifen can cause polyps or cancer of the uterus. so you really need an evaluation with a repeat blood test, and ultrasound and some biopsy of the uterus.
