My coccyx is deviated about 1 cm, should it be returned to its place or does it not matter? it doesn't hurt me, but i have lower back pain and lower abdominal pain.

Maybe: Maybe the cause or not. Go to an orthopedist or chiropracter for evaluation and x-rays and go from there.

Coccyx deviated: If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Good southern advice. Your coccyx is not the source of your back pain. Focus on the lumbar spine with core strength like pilates, piyo, or yoga.

No: Asymptomatic deformity of the coccyx needs mo treatment.
