Abdominal pain: Lower right abdominal pain is always a concern. Causes are typically the following: appendicitis, diverticulitis, ovarian cyst or infection (if woman), prostatitis, kidney stone or urinary tract infection. Less common but possible include inflammatory bowel diseae (Chorn's of concern). Back problems can do this or even a primary hip problem. If this is persisting or worsening be seen.
