I'm almost 18 and haven't grown since i was 13 or 14 - is it possible/probable that i will grow taller or wider?

Depends: Some males enter puberty early and finish by age 14-15. If you were ahead of your friends, and have not grown in the last two years you are likely not going to grow taller. (anyone can grow wider at any age).An x-ray of your wrist/hand can confirm that you have finished growing. If the x-ray shows open growth centers you could grow taller.
