Breastfeeding: It may be tricky but certainly possible. You will need lots of support, help, and your pediatrician on board to make sure your baby is healthy through the process. Do not try this without supervision.

Yes but ....: You may want to discuss what baby is doing with the doc or his/her nurses. Babies often spit up/ become gassy with anything you feed them (breast or bottle) and sometimes a change in formula,technique or bottles can reduce what you see as a problem.
