See answer: Chronic low BP can be due to volume depletion(such as from diuretics) or chronic autonomic insufficiency(due to various disorders) causing orthostatic hypotension(fall in blood pressure on standing). Low blood pressure doesn't cause tiredness. It can cause lightheadedness, dizziness, weakness or fainting. see http://bit.ly/1DnhWdz If only the diastolic BP is low> likely insignificant or error.
